2. Item Condition & Thrifted Nature

At Thrift Chic, we curate a blend of new, new without tags, and gently worn thrifted items across our women’s apparel, shoes, and accessories.

 Because our items are secondhand or pre-loved, minor signs of wear or gentle use are natural and to be expected unless marked as brand new.

 With respect to the unique, thrifted nature of our inventory, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be granted for fit, style preference, or minor condition variations inherent to pre-owned items.
